What the warranty covers
Your AME Tilting Quick Hitch warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use throughout the 5-year warranty period. Our equipment is designed for tough environments, but like any mechanical attachment, performance and lifespan rely on correct operation, appropriate machine pairing, and regular inspection.

Warranty Coverage:
AME Tilting Quick Hitches Pty LTD (AME) warrants to the original purchaser that the Tilting Quick Hitch will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase.
Scope of Warranty:
This warranty covers the Tilting Quick Hitch against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product at the discretion of the manufacturer.
Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damages or defects resulting from
Misuse, abuse or improper installation of the product
Accidents, negligence, or unauthorised modifications
Normal wear and use
Use of the product for purposes other than those it was intended for
Failure to follow the recommended maintenance and operating procedures
Claim Procedure:
In the event of a warranty claim, the purchaser must contact AME or the place of purchase within the warranty period. The purchaser may be required to provide proof of purchase, serial number and details of the alleged defect. The manufacturer will at its option repair or replace the defective product.
Limitation of Liability:
The manufacturers’ liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product. In no event shall the manufacturer be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the product.
No Other Warranties:
This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by the manufacturer. No other warranties whether expressed or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability are made with respect to the product.
Governing Law:
This warranty is governed by the laws of Australia and any disputes arising under or in connection with this warranty shall be resolved in the courts of Australia.
